PerbaccoEstimated delivery between 24 and Jan 28,
Color: deep, intense ruby red Odor: on the nose, ripe dark berries and delicate herbal aromas underlined by spicy notes of oak smoke and roasting and a hint of vanilla Taste: pleasantly fruity: full-bodied, ample and complex, the aromatic fruit and spices of the bouquet gradually develop on the palate, supported by firm but gently integrated tannins and fresh acidity, round and harmonious with good length and a slightly herbaceous aftertaste of laurel and mint. The wine remains in contact with the must for a total of 25 days, to concentrate as much as possible of the intense color pigments, powerful aromas and dense but delicately ripened tannins of the berry skins, before the wine is carefully racked and aged for twelve months in French oak barrels (30 percent new wood, 70 percent first passage). In December, the single-varietal Cordillera Carignan is bottled and finally released for sale after a short storage period in the bottle. Allergene:enthält sulfite
