Vinification: Hand-harvested and grapes sorted, followed by low-temperature alcoholic fermentation in new barrels (1/3) and stainless-steel vats (2/3). 100% malolactic fermentation. Aging: 1/3 of this wine is aged in new oak barrels and 2/3 in stainless steel vats for 8 months.

Bright, limpid golden yellow.

Very intense nose of flowers (violets) and fruit (apricot, white peaches and citrus).
