Soil and exposure : South / southeast exposure, on clay-limestone soils. Surface area: 2 hectares of old vines aged between 40 and 60 years. Yield : 30 hl/ha. Vinification: Pneumatic pressing and 48-hour settling at low temperature. Brewing and ageing on lees, alcoholic fermentation in barrel.

Pale yellow with golden highlights.
