Maison PironEstimated delivery between 20 and Nov 22,
The Chiroubles appellation is the highest perched in the Beaujolais, between 250 and 450 meters above sea level, on very homogeneous terroirs composed almost entirely of granitic arena. It's a small cru of just 350 hectares, most of which is planted on steep hillsides. Hand-harvested, sorted, partially de-stemmed, fermented then macerated for 12 to 15 days to gain a little structure, but no longer to retain finesse and fruit.
Appearance
The color is an intense carmine red.
Aroma
Les arômes sont floraux et fruités : iris, violette, muguet, rose fanée, pêche de vigne et classiquement la fraise ou la fraise des bois.
