The winemaker

Lapostolle was founded by the Marnier Lapostolle family of France in 1994. The Marnier Lapostolle family, founders and owners of the famous Grand Marnier liqueur, are known for producing spirits and liqueurs. In creating Lapostolle, the Marnier-Lapostolle family pursued the same uncompromising approach to quality that has made Grand Marnier such a worldwide success. Their goal is simple because it is ambitious: to create world-class wines using French expertise and Chile's superb terroir. The company owns 370 hectares spread over three different vineyards (Casablanca, Cachapoal and Colchagua).
