This Chenin Blanc is made from 84% Bot River grapes and 16% Overberg grapes from the Cape South Coast, the wine's origin for this vintage. This is the first time Beaumont has had to source from outside Bot River, as yields were very low due to the drought. This vintage is a beautiful expression of the grape capturing all the flavor and potential that the terroir has to offer. It's a delicious example of Chenin Blanc in a cooler climate, fermented in concrete and stainless steel tanks to retain all the fruit. Dry, fresh and delicious!
