The wines come from 60-year-old vines planted on pebble soil. The plot faces north-south and is planted with all three grape varieties. All three grape varieties are vinified together. The harvest is completely destemmed, and alcoholic fermentation takes place in truncated-cone wooden vats. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats for 18 months.
