Bright straw-yellow color, darkens slightly with age.
Aroma
Delicate and complex. Fruity aromas of dried apricot, fresh hazelnut and Williams pear. Floral notes with lovely aromatic freshness. Grilled, smoky and spicy notes of pepper and nutmeg.
Taste
Fruity, lively, with good length, same aromatic complexity as on the nose, with extreme finesse.
