Montrose produces a wine of great class, racy in its aromatic expression, with a tight, silky tannic structure. Rich with sweetness: blackcurrant, morello cherry, redcurrant, cocoa. Long, full and homogeneous. Very clean finish, complex, balanced mid-palate. Very long finish with smooth, clean, precise tannins. A great bottle. Classic Bordeaux, racy and elegant.
