Le Chai de TwilEstimated delivery between Dec 30, and Jan 1,
Created in 1585 by Francois d'Alesme, the estate remained in the same family until 1803. It then went through a multitude of owners before the arrival of the Perrodo family in 2006. It was at this point that Château Marquis d'Alesme began its revival, brilliantly regaining the status of Grand Cru Classé. The 15 hectares of vines are planted on a beautiful, extremely varied terroir of silica, gravel, marl and clay-limestone. James Suckling ( 92 )
