Chateau la Tour de Beraud Mourgues du Gres - Château la Tour de Béraud White wine ● Costières-de-Nîmes
2009 75clThe Tour de Béraud is a 14th-century fire tower located on the southern slope of the "Costière". At 63 meters above sea level, it dominates the vast Beaucaire plain that stretches as far as Aigues Mortes. It was used to observe and prevent invasions. This link in the defensive network connected the Camargue to the Rhône Valley. Our vineyard is located near this tower. Its terroir is composed of rolled pebbles (sandstone) and clay-limestone marl on hillsides and terraces. Sulfite-free vinification brings greater purity and fruit brightness to the wine. A slight addition at bottling ensures the wine's stability and longevity. Certified organic and Biodynamic estate. ■
