In the same family for 8 generations, Château HAUT-GAYAT is surrounded by vines on gravelly soil. Those who appreciate the tannins and structure of Cabernet Sauvignon will be won over. Our blend contains 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Merlot, which adds smoothness and velvetiness. This wine has benefited from a one-year stay in oak barrels. This traditional vinification respects and brings out the aromas and personality of this very special terroir: LE GRAVES DE VAYRES.
