In a few words ...
Vinification: Selection of old vines, destemmed harvest followed by maceration in temperature-controlled vats for around 15 days. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Tasting notes : Bright, tile-red color. Complex nose with notes of leather, vanilla and spices. On the palate, density and structure are softened by silky tannins and persistent black fruit and cocoa aromas. A harmonious red that evolves and improves over 7-8 years.
