In a few words ...
Blend : 90% mourvèdre and 10% cinsault vinification : fermentation followed by a very long vatting period (2 to 3 weeks) before running off. Aged for 20 months in new oak barrels. TASTING : Its dark ruby color with deep, almost black highlights promises a nose of black fruits, blackcurrants, blackberries and spices, enhanced by hints of garrigue, cyst, laurel, tobacco and pepper. The palate opens with a silky, velvety attack. The finish is fresh and bewitching.
