Produced from a parcel-by-parcel selection of our old Carignan, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre vines, Grande Réserve is aged in oak barrels. This confidential production wine (70 to 100 barrels per vintage) deserves to be decanted before tasting.

Appearance

Deep, dark color augurs well for a heady wine.

Aroma

Intense, complex nose evoking red berries, spices, violets and pepper.

Taste

The attack is delicate. The palate is balanced and airy, underlined by a delicate structure that carries the wine through to incredible length. Red fruit coulis, violets, pepper and minty freshness mingle with notes of ageing.
