In a few words ...

Vineyard work: ploughing one row in two, grassing the other. All work is then carried out by hand, with the sole aim of obtaining perfectly ripe, healthy grapes (de-budding, de-leafing, green harvesting if necessary). Hand-picked, with sorting in the vineyard and cellar. Vinification: in small, temperature-controlled concrete vats (50 hl). Ageing: concrete vats (75%) and barrels for several wines.
