Château de Cach's Cuvée Prestige Haut-Médoc is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. These vines are on average 35 years old and are harvested manually and mechanically. Vatting by plot. Aged for 14 months in barrels, 100% of which are new.
