Dominated by the native Braquet grape variety, replanted after the war, the château's classic rosé cuvée is a sure bet. Regular and original, it's the perfect accompaniment to southern cuisine throughout the summer. ce 2023 is still a lively rosé, but with an extraordinary aromatic palette. Its pale pink color is marked by yellow nuances. The nose is intense and complex, with floral notes of violet and a subtle hint of peony. The palate is wonderfully balanced between fatness and vivacity, and finishes on notes of anise and spices. Perfect with bass with fennel or artichokes à la barigoule... 85% braquet, 10% grenache, 5% cinsault. Average age of 40 years. Poudingue soil: Pliocene pebbles and very light sand crossed by a few clay veins. Altitude 250-300m. Aged in stainless steel vats for 6 months. Aged for at least 2 years.
