Château Coucy is located in the heart of the Montagne Saint-Emilion terroir, on lovely clay-limestone slopes. The modern winery enhances this terroir, producing medal-winning wines since 1891.
The tasters were full of praise: "a fine, sincere bottle that cannot disappoint, with fine, expressive tannins and elegant woodiness" (...) full-bodied, round and fruity.

A great discovery of Château Coucy 2016. A greedy nose, an interesting tasting that gives way to notes of red fruit and fine butter. Full-bodied tannins add structure and length to the wine.
It's a sure bet for dinners with friends.
I highly recommend it.

A wonderful discovery for this wine, with its expressive, mouth-watering nose. Good length, with very pleasant woody notes that sublimate this wine. We aired it for an hour before tasting.

An expressive nose of red fruits, spices and vanilla. Full-bodied on the palate. The tannins are present and the wine deserves to be decanted or kept to reveal its full potential.

Intense garnet-red color. Open nose, with notes of ripe redcurrant, blackcurrant and cherry, enveloped by hints of vanilla and spice. Silky tannins on the palate, good length.

Very pleasant on the nose and palate, with good balance. Excellent with beef in sauce. The 2017 vintage was more successful than the 2016, but not by much!
