In a few words ...
Château Changrolle has belonged to the Courty family for many generations. Today's 15-hectare vineyard was extended over the years, and completely replanted in 1956 after the terrible frost that hit the region. The mechanically harvested grapes are sorted on a vibrating table, then fermented in vats for 3 weeks.
