    From a magnificent 3-hectare vineyard, we produce this exceptional wine from the oldest from the oldest plots on our estate. It is aged in French oak barrels renewed by thirds. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, low-sulfite vinification, barrel-aged for 12 months, lightly filtered.
