Beautiful deep red color
Aroma
Intense and bright cherry and truffle, with a touch of toasted bread, impressive aromatic complexity, spicy notes (juniper berries, cloves, cumin) and fruity notes (raspberry jelly, cooked cherry, a little fig), hints of cigar, incense and bark.
Taste
A very fine attack, round, fresh and full, with tannins and acidity typical of Hautes-Côtes that "sizzle" on the palate, demonstrating the great ageing potential of this wine of character, endowed with a fine freshness.
