A fresh, elegant white wine from the terroirs of Coursan (Aude). Its brilliant golden color precedes a seductive nose with aromas of peach, vanilla, honeysuckle and a touch of citrus on the finish. On the palate, it offers freshness and balanced aromatic intensity. Aged in stainless-steel tanks, it is best served at 13°C, perfect as an aperitif, with squid fritters, zucchini flowers or capon stuff... ed with morels.
