Expressive, vinous and refreshing. Nice "alcoholic" length on ripe white fruits. 90% pinot noir, 10% meunier. Hand-harvested, whole harvest, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, use of selected yeasts, malolactic fermentation, direct pressing, technical corking, aging on lees, aging on laths before disgorgement, clay-limestone soils.
