1959 marked the beginning of the domaine when william fèvre declared his first harvest. Coming from a family that had been present in the Chablis vineyards for over 250 years, he had every right to start out as a winemaker with the family's 7 hectares. Over the years, the estate has been enriched by new plots, always remaining on the historic terroirs. He became one of the largest vineyard owners in Chablis, with a prestigious 78-hectare vineyard, 15.9 of which are classified as Premier Cru and 15.2 as Grand Cru. The domaine william fèvre works with passion to express the authenticity of Chablis terroirs, respecting tradition and nature. The team works year-round with the same rigor, the same precision of gesture, to achieve excellence in the typicity of each climate. In addition to deeply-rooted family values, the estate has succeeded over the years in bringing new dynamism to its vineyards and wines, with modern technical resources and a resolutely avant-garde vision. Style alone is nothing: the emotional potential of the domaine's wines lies in their ability to appeal to the senses.
