Cerro Las Cuevas 2018, Gomez Cruzado's grand cuvée, comes from 90-year-old vines, Tempranillo grapes (80%) with a share of Graciano (12%), harvested from small plots, Las Laderas and Calitrancos, located in Ollauri. Vinification is traditional, with natural fermentation in stainless-steel vats, then finished in French oak barrels.
Appearance
Bright, clean ruby-red color.
Aroma
Deep, elegant, fruity nose of ripe black fruits, accompanied by spicy and menthol notes, with a light chalky touch, complex and elegant.
