Bodegas olarra - cerro anon crianza 2019the bodegas olarra grupo began in 1973 with the construction of a winery for the production of wines from the rioja region of logroño, Spain. It comprises three bodegas: bodegas olarra, bodegas ondarre and bodegas y viñedos casa del valle. Bodegas olarra extends over 1,200 hectares in the heart of the rioja do.cerro añon crianza is a blend of tempranillo (90%), with mazuelo and graciano (10%). Maceration lasts 2 weeks, with daily pump-overs in stainless steel tanks. One third of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in new 225-liter French and American oak barrels, while the remaining two thirds undergo malolactic fermentation in concrete vats. Ageing lasts 14-15 months, with regular racking into 225-liter oak barrels, 80% of which are made of American wood. Barrel ageing varies from new to 7 years.blend: 90% tempranillo, 10% mazuelo and graciano.
