They produce quality wines typical of the region, such as soave and valpolicella, as well as exceptional ripasso and amarone. The name latium therefore reminds anyone who appreciates good wine that the estate has ancient, noble roots, as does the style of its wines: traditional and noble. The bouquet reveals delicate aromas of violets, cherry jam and macerated red fruit. Spicy notes of vanilla, licorice and black pepper follow. On the palate, it's soft and warm, with supple, ripe tannins, power and fullness giving it superb balance. Perfect with braised roasts, goulash, game dishes, red meats or strong cheeses.
