A gourmet white wine made from a selection of vines over 40 years old, planted on sandy-gravelly and clay-limestone soils. The blend is made up of Sauvignon Blanc (60%) and Sémillon (40%). The vines are planted at a density of 5,500 vines/ha, with a yield of 40 hl/ha. The entire vineyard is managed using integrated viticulture, certified to level 3 of the High Environmental Value standard.
