Vinified in the traditional style, this Pinotage presents lively notes of fresh cherries and raspberries with a hint of vanilla. The small proportion of Cinsault enhances the aromas, giving it elegance and finesse. The palate is spoiled by abundant fruitiness, luscious tannins and a long finish. The grapes were harvested in the cool morning hours of February. After two days of cold maceration with several daily stirring of the lees, the wine is aged. After fermentation, the wine ages and matures for 13 months in French barrels, 15% new, the rest from 2nd, 3rd and 4th fill.sucre résiduel:2.5 / acidity:5.5 allergene:enthält sulfite
