LES BULLES. The Bollinger style: density and subtlety. A delicate blend of the expression of a single harvest and a majority of reserve wines, some of which are kept in magnums, sometimes for over 15 years, in the House cellars. In 1911, Georges Bollinger's British agent came up with the name "Special Cuvée", in English and without an accent. Indeed, he found the expression "Brut sans année" inappropriate for a champagne of such subtlety... More than a hundred years later, the name of this emblematic champagne of Bollinger savoir-faire still contains all its history.
The House of Bollinger and its famous cuvées, particularly approved by agent 007 James Bond, need no introduction.

Appearance
A golden color, the hallmark of black grape varieties, and very fine bubbles.
Aroma
Beautiful aromatic complexity. Ripe fruit and spice aromas. Notes of roasted apple, compote and peach.

A subtle combination of structure, length and liveliness. Velvety-fine bubbles. Aromas of pear, brioche and spices, with hints of fresh nuts.
