This cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot meunier grapes. The blending operation is very delicate in order to obtain the desired color and aromatic complexity. This Rosé is made up of 82% white wine and 18% red wine, exclusively from the 2015 harvest. this champagne is gourmand, warm yet with a fresh, balanced finish. Enjoy it as an aperitif, with a meal or as a snack!
Perfect as an aperitif, but above all a lovely body to serve with refined dishes.

The pink color highlights the columns of fine, light bubbles.

The nose reveals greedy aromas of grenadine and ripe red fruit (strawberries, plums, blackcurrants).
