"Brouilly" is a blended cuvée, made from a selection of our cadastral lieux-dits around the Château. The vines are 30 years old on average. Vinification: plot-by-plot, 50% semi-carbonic and 50% Burgundian (de-stemmed), pumping over without punching down. Native yeasts.
