Maison Albert BichotEstimated delivery between Dec 30, and Jan 1,
Bourgogne Passetougrain is an original: the only Burgundy wine resulting from a blend of 2 grape varieties (Gamay and Pinot Noir, which accounts for at least 1/3 of the total). Pinot brings elegance and finesse, while Gamay, on limestone or granite soils, brings roundness and generosity. We select parcels in the Côte d'Or and northern Saône-et-Loire regions to produce our wines.
