In a few words ...
Our vines are cultivated using sustainable methods. Mechanical harvest. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3 days. Alcoholic fermentation in vats with regular pumping-over. De-vatting and transfer to barrels. Malolactic fermentation in barrel. The wine remains in barrel for approximately 1 year.
