In a few words ...
Excellent as an aperitif, this wine works very well with crème de cassis to become a kir. A perfect match for grilled fish. Its liveliness and citrus notes stand up well to the iodine of oysters, as well as the strong aromas of goat's cheese. On a simpler note, Bourgogne Aligoté is one of the few wines that will go well with salads, tabbouleh or steamed vegetables. Aged entirely in stainless steel vats, with no added yeast or enzymes.
