Bourgogne aligote mikulski françois 2015the mikulski family has been farming their burgundy aligoté vines since 1992. They cover 1.5 hectares. One was planted in 1929 and the other in 1948 by joseph boillot, françois mikulski's grandfather.their grape varieties are 100% aligoté.they are cultivated using non-certified organic methods.annual production: around 9,000 bottles.the subsoil is composed of fine river alluvium, common in the lower part of the hillside. yields are controlled, and the wine is aged in vats on lees. It is bottled in July to preserve the fruit. It is a wine that is ideally consumed as an aperitif, chilled, or with seafood, terrine.
