    In a few words ...

This rare bottle is made from our best Chenin selections in the Bonnezeaux appellation on an exceptional terroir: La Montagne. We only make this cuvée when the vintage allows us to do so, and 2011 was an exceptional vintage that enabled us to concentrate at 25° potential thanks to superb weather conditions. 15 days of summer-like sunshine, which resulted in a slow natural fermentation without the addition of yeast. The last time was in 1999. It's the result of a precise moment, a given moment when everything was in place to make a great wine.
