In a few words ...
G.F.DUNTZE does not blend wines from different terroirs to create its cuvées. Thus, the cuvées in the "LES LEGENDES" collection reveal the authenticity of the different Champenoise typicities. BRUT LEGENDE BLANC DE BLANCS Premier Cru comes from the Côte des Blancs. The east-facing slopes are largely composed of outcropping chalk. Exclusive use of the "Cuvée" first press (100% Chardonnay) for this cuvée, which is blended with its own 8 g/l expedition liqueur.

Not a bad champagne at all. The bubbles are a little too present, however, and the sensation of sweetness is relatively high for an extra-brut (due to the majority of pinot noir?).
