"bistrologie: a cuvée de copain full of charmwith jeff carel nothing is done by chance, and he chose to name this cuvée bistrologie because it's the archetypal cuvée de copains full of charm and flavor. This pure Carignan has a dark purple color without being opaque. The nose is very expressive, with notes of red fruits and spices. The mouth is greedy and fresh, revealing aromas of blackberry and redcurrant. The tannins are almost imperceptible, making the wine very smooth. This fresh, spicy wine goes perfectly with Provencal dishes, tapas and charcuterie. It can be kept for 2 to 3 years.
