Markus Huber focuses on reflecting the unique character of the soil and of each vintage in his wines, which are among the best in Austria, like this superb Grüner Veltliner 2021, thanks to the selection of perfectly ripe grapes, crushed and skinned for 18 hours. After pressing, fermentation takes place in traditional acacia barrels for 8 months.

A hint of orange zest, a touch of fresh Williams pear and stone fruit, honey, meadow herbs, a subtle multi-layered bouquet.

A wine of immense density and fine minerality. It's also highly concentrated on the palate, and although it's typical of Veltliner, it's always fresh. We're looking forward to a long finish!
