Magnificent salmon-pink color. On the palate, floral aromas with finesse. Fresh, tender, sweet. Very stony, clay-limestone soil and a dry summer climate limit yields. Right from the vineyard, special attention is paid to grape quality. When harvesting, great care is taken not to crush the grapes to avoid premature fermentation. The grape varieties are then vinified separately at controlled fermentation temperatures, accompanied by frequent analysis and sampling. Careful fining ensures the wine's typical harmony. The winery was founded in 1950 as a cooperative of several winegrowers, in order to work the markets better and vinify more efficiently. The objectives then, as now, were to have sufficient cellar capacity and a technically modern, high-performance joint production. The Villa d'Oc vineyards lie at the foot of the Larzac mountains, some 160 metres above sea level. A dry summer climate limits yields. Strict discipline, both in harvesting and in the cellar, ensures that the wines are produced under optimum conditions. Allergene:enthält sulfite
