Cultivation: traditionally cultivated, the land is ploughed, without weedkillers or fertilizers. No systemic treatments or insecticides are used on the vines, only the essential treatments for mildew and powdery mildew. Shovelling, ploughing and loosening of the soil, de-budding, topping and then de-stemming (the famous green harvest): a lot of work is carried out in the vineyard. Hand-picked grapes are sorted into crates at harvest and in the cellar.
