Domaine des marnes blanches - aux bois - savagnin 2018le domaine des marnes blanches is located in sainte-agnès, in the sud-revermont region of the jura. Since 2006, it has been run by pauline and géraud fromont, trained as oelig;nologists. The ten hectares have been farmed organically since their arrival, and they obtained certification in 2013. The vineyard is divided into three lots: cesancey, sainte-agnès and vincelles, and the plots are located on a terroir of white marl from which the domaine takes its name.savagnin aux bois is made from vines whose average age is around 60 years. After manual harvesting, the grapes are pressed directly and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts.cépage : 100% savagnin
