A superb sparkling aperitif wine with a fine, complex fruity character. This sparkling wine, made using the méthode champenoise method, comes to us straight from Tasmania, the island to the south of Australia, where the climate is reminiscent of the cool, humid terroirs of Champagne and Burgundy.

Appearance
Pale gold in colour, with a fine mousse and very fine bubbles.
Aroma
On the nose, honeysuckle and citrus from the Chardonnay, notes of nougat and roasted hazelnuts from the aging, and subtle strawberry notes from the Pinots.
