In 2001, the winery and sales cellar were completed. A stunning construction of Mont Gambier limestone and steel beams, the thermo-regulated structure stands among the vines and unmistakably represents John Parker's approach to viticulture: the alliance of modernity and tradition. Now run by the Hesketh family, the founder's values of excellence are a priority in the making of Parker Coonawarra Estate wines: finding the grape varieties and clones best suited to the soils, and the best parcels to deliver the very essence of the region's wines.
