The other day, a friend said to me: "This is the Beaujolais from Canet-Valette! And so it is... Antonyme is a wine for pleasure par excellence, to be drunk chilled, especially in summer, in big gulps, to take advantage of healthy, ripe grapes that already bear the stamp of the estate, grown with respect for the earth. Who can do more can do less? Yields: 35 hectolitres/hectare. Manual harvest. Traditional vinification: the grapes are destemmed then vinified in stainless steel vats. 15-day vatting period. Aged in stainless steel vats for 4 months.

L'antonyme is a real favorite. An atypical, light southern wine. Drink it chilled, but not too chilled - it's a pleasure! The 2016 has more finesse than the 2015, which has more character.
