Sarl Mas des CapricesEstimated delivery between 20 and Dec 24,
This wine is a selection from our oldest vines on the Falaise, made mainly from Vieux Mourvèdre with Carignan and Grenache from the limestone plateau of the Leucate peninsula. It is aged for almost 16 months in oak barrels with all the care of a great wine... Anthocyanins ? Anthocyanins are the natural red-to-blue pigments found in black grapes. During red wine vinification, maceration of the grapes gently extracts these pigments, which give the wine its radiance. These elements also have antioxidant properties that are beneficial to health, particularly against cell aging. So drink up! Let's drink for our own health and that of others, with Plaisir et Mesure... French paradox oblige! Bottled on the estate by Mireille and Pierre Mann at MAS DES CAPRICES in Leucate, Aude in April 2015.
