In a few words ...
Vinified on lees for 6 months, in underground glass tanks typical of the Nantes vineyards. No resuspension of lees. From an unusual terroir, subsoil composed of gabbro covered by a 40cm layer of clay. This soil gives these wines their characteristic minerality and lemony note.
