The Domaine Lienhardt is a family business located between Dijon and Beaune, on the Côte de Nuits in Burgundy. Antoine Lienhardt is the family's fourth winemaker, the first being Gustave Guyot, who bought the land in the second half of the 19th century. His son anselme and his brother george worked on the estate. When anselme retired, maurice guyot, his only son, took over the reins. With Maurice Guyot having ceased all activity since 1992, Antoine decided to take over the estate in 2011, after having worked for several years in different wine-growing regions: Chablis, Chambolle-Musigny and South Africa. A lover of nature and immersed in the culture of wine and gastronomy, Antoine's vocation as a winemaker quickly became clear. Throughout his career, antoine has paid particular attention to the environmental imperatives of "water - air - soil", and has always given priority to ecological issues. his recent conversion to organic farming, coupled with biodynamic practices, testifies to this awareness: preserving the life of the vines and the environment.
